5. When Will I Receive My Order?
Shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days within the United States, depending on your location and any unforeseen delays, such as weather or peak holiday seasons. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your order’s progress.

7. Do You Charge Sales Tax?
Yes. We apply a 5% tax to all orders shipped within the United States. Any additional state or local taxes will be calculated based on your delivery address and displayed at checkout.

14. Can I Update My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@getiiva.com. We can update your address only if your order has not yet been shipped. Once your items are in transit, we cannot redirect the shipment to a new address.
