Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased through BakingFit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required to initiate a return or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If you would like to return or exchange an item, simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at contact@getiiva.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and your request for a return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization if applicable.

  2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or any suitable packaging) and ensure all tags are attached. You may also include the original invoice or packing slip.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.

  • Items returned without tags or in a non-resellable condition will not be accepted.

  • If your item was part of a bundle or promotion, the entire bundle must be returned to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Products that are marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Personalized or customized items (such as printed designs or names) cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in ensuring that all products are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@getiiva.com. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a full refund.

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage or defects:

  • You must report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order number to expedite the process.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, simply follow the same steps as for returns. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we recommend initiating your request as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Note: Exchange items are processed as returns, and a new order will be placed for the replacement item. Shipping charges for the new item may apply.

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at contact@getiiva.com. We can accommodate address changes before your order is shipped. Once the order is processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@getiiva.com. We can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 2-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you paid using a gift card, your refund will be issued in the form of a store credit.
